Leadership Development

We study the leadership chain in the party from the Village, Booth, Mandal, Constituency to the State level. A SWOT analysis is conducted for every leader in this chain and in case any weakness is found in this chain of leadership, we try to apply various remedies like training them in leadership skills, educating and empowering them so that they can perform their functions to the best of their abilities.

If the candidates are weak at any level, we do recommend replacing them with suitable leaders.

Potential candidates from the opposition parties are also convinced to join our client’s party. We plan activities to strengthen the cadre, increase their engagement with the party work and prepare a strategy that will create a positive impact.
